FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 (17 oz.) can skinned apricot halves, drained
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine all ingredients. Bake, uncovered in 1 quart casserole in oven; 20 minutes at 350 degrees or in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes on high. Add 1 cup halved strawberries before serving. Serve warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
