FRUIT COMPOTE SUPREME 
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices
1 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/3 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (16 oz.) can pitted dark sweet cherries, drained

In 10"x6"x2" baking dish, combine peaches, apricots, brown sugar, orange peel, orange juice, lemon peel and lemon juice. Cover bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir in dark sweet cherries; bake, covered, 15 minutes more. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Great served with breakfast casseroles for holidays and family gatherings.
