STUFFED MEATLOAF 
3 lbs. ground meat
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped broccoli

Add dry ingredients to meat. Mix and add eggs. Form into two equal flat loaves. Layer top of one loaf with Cheddar cheese and broccoli. Place second loaf on top and seal edges. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
