MEATLESS LASAGNA 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. parsley, minced
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1 c. sour cream
1 (5 oz.) pkg. lasagna (8 pieces)
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown onion and garlic in oil. Add tomatoes, parsley, sugar and seasonings. Simmer 1 hour. Layer with noodles, cheese, sour cream, sauce and grated Parmesan cheese. Layer 2 times. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
