BAR - B - QUE RIBS 
3 lbs. short ribs (cut 2-3 inches long)
4 med. onions, chopped
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Brown ribs in 2 tablespoons fat. Add onions and brown. Add rest of ingredients; cover and cook 2 hours or until tender. You may need to add small amounts of water during cooking.

You may cook in deep electric fry pan. Also great with venison.
