CHERRY TORTE 
2 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/2 lb. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
2 cans cherry pie filling (blueberry can be substituted)
Cool Whip

Mix graham crackers, butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture. Pat remainder in bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan.

Cream together sugar, cream cheese and eggs, adding eggs one at a time. Put mixture on top of crust and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Spread cherry pie filling on top, add Cool Whip and sprinkle reserved crumbs over top. Refrigerate.
