BRACIUOLI 
Flank steak, or round steak (pounded with meat tenderizer)

FILLING:

Onion, finely chopped
Parsley
Romano cheese, grated
Bread crumbs
Oil to moisten
Boiled egg, chopped

Place small amount of filling on each piece of steak, secure with toothpick or string. Brown rolls and place in sauce. Simmer for several hours.
