APPLE MACAROON 
6 lg. apples
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
Cinnamon
Nuts
2 beaten eggs

Slice apples in pie dish. Put 1/8 cup sugar sprinkled over apples, cinnamon and nuts over apples. Melt 1/2 cup butter. In mixing bowl put 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 beaten eggs. Mix and add melted butter. Mix until smooth. Pour over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or plain.
