MOCK SUKIYAKI 
1 lb. steak, cut in thin strips
1 can beef broth
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 can mushrooms
1 c. celery
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown steak in 2 tablespoons oil until done and add broth, then vegetables. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Make a thickening of 1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Stir into meat mixture and serve over rice.
