BROCCOLI QUICHE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mushrooms and/or black olives
1 c. half and half
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. butter or olive oil
Chopped broccoli or asparagus and/or 2 cans crabmeat
1 deep dish pie shell or 2 (9 inch) pie shells

Brown pie shells (punch holes in crust). Saute mushrooms and onion in butter. Cook vegetable in water; drain well. Mix vegetable, mushrooms, olives, onions and crabmeat into pie shell.

Blend eggs, nutmeg and half and half together; set aside. Grate and mix cheeses. Add cheese on top of vegetable mixture. Pour egg and half and half mixture over dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
