BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head broccoli, cut in sm. florets
1/4 c. chopped red onions
1/2 c. golden raisins
8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix broccoli, red onions and raisins. Refrigerate overnight. The next day, add the crumbled bacon and sunflower seeds. Mix the dressing and toss with the salad.
