BINGO BARS 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (4 oz.) jar apricots, applesauce, and carrots (baby food)

Beat together eggs and gradually add sugar, beat well. Blend in oil. Sift together flour, soda, and cinnamon. Combine apricots, applesauce, and carrots. Add gradually to flour, eggs and sugar and mix well. Bake in greased and floured 10 x 15 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Ice with cream cheese frosting or powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
