2 lbs. round steak
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 can chopped mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream

Cut meat into small cubes. Stir all ingredients together with meat, except sour cream. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours in a tightly covered container. (Also works great in a crock pot on low for 8 to 10 hours). Mix in sour cream after done cooking.
