VINEGAR DUMPLINGS 
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix together. Bring to rapid boil, reduce heat. Cook 5 minutes. Drop all dumplings in quickly. Replace cover and boil gently 12 minutes. Pour the dumplings in bowl, serve hot.
