ECLAIR CAKE 
PART 1:

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

PART 2:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 c. milk
2 pkg. instant pudding

PART 3:

1 lg. Cool Whip
Chocolate syrup (optional)

PART 1: Bring water and butter to a boil. Remove from stove. Add flour. Stir until dough forms a ball. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with electric mixer. Grease 9x13 inch pan with Pam. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Prick with fork until crust goes down a little.

PART 2: Mix cream cheese and milk. Add pudding. Beat until smooth. Pour over dough. Refrigerate 15-20 minutes.

PART 3: Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top, if desired.
