1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 c. cubed Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
Fried sausage or ham
Chopped onion (opt.)
Chopped green pepper (opt.)
Mushrooms (opt.)

Melt butter. Pour into blender along with the milk, Bisquick, eggs and onion. Blend 1 minute. Add meat, cheese, mushrooms and green pepper. Mix together and pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
