GINGER PEACH DESSERT 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (7 oz.) bottles ginger ale
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained and diced

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add ginger ale. Chill until thickened. Fold in peaches, spoon into individual molds, serving bowl or individual dessert dishes. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Makes about 5 cups or 10 servings.
