CHEESE STRAWS 
1 lb. flour
12 oz. butter
12 oz. to 1 lb. grated cheese
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
Egg yolk to bind

Rub butter into flour. Add grated cheese, mustard and pepper. Add enough egg yolk to bind to a dough which can be rolled out. Roll to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into straws and rings. Bake in 350 degree oven for 7 to 10 minutes.
