LEMON LUSH 
CRUST:

1 stick butter, room temperature
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. sugar

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. 10x sugar
10 oz. Cool Whip (save 1 oz. for top)
2 instant lemon pudding (3 oz. size)
3 c. cold milk

Work first 4 ingredients together to make crust. When reaches pie dough consistency, press into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Mix together next 3 ingredients and pour over crust. Be careful crust tears easily. Mix last 2 ingredients and pour on top. Spread saved Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with nuts.
