LEMON SUPREME CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
2/3 c. water
4 whole eggs
2/3 c. Puritan oil
3/4 tsp. lemon flavor

Heat oven 350 degrees.

Beat eggs. Add oil. Add lemon flavor. Dissolve gelatin in 2/3 cup water. Add to mixture. Add the cake mix and beat all ingredients in a large bowl at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Bake in greased and floured bundt tube cake pan for 40 minutes or until center springs back when touched lightly. Let cake cool for 8 minutes then invert and use large fork to stick holes in cake. Ice while still warm.

LEMON CAKE ICING:

1 lemon rind
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Grate the rind of one lemon, then extract the juice. Add 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar and use a pastry brush to ice the cake.
