BAKED MUSHROOM CHICKEN 
1 chicken (fryer), cut into 8 pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Bisquick (to coat chicken)
Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. water

Coat chicken with Bisquick; brown in butter. Place in a baking dish; add soup, water, salt and pepper. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Use broth for a gravy over rice.
