CREPE SUZETTES | |
3 eggs 1 c. milk 1/2 c. flour 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt Beat eggs until thick. Add milk then flour sifted with sugar and salt. Mix with beaters until few lumps remain. Put a ladle full of batter in well greased crepe pan and cook on medium heat until done on bottom. Crepes cook very quickly! Spread with jelly or fresh fruit. Roll and serve while hot. Serve with whipped cream for special occasions. Crepes may be frozen between sheets of waxed paper for up to 1 week and re-heated in microwave. This is a great recipe to teach your husband or teenager as crepes make a great breakfast in bed treat. |
