HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
2 (16 oz.) cans porks and beans
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 lg. dry onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt; optional

Trim all excess fat from chops. Place pork chops in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients including, pineapple juice, together and pour over chops. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Test pork chops with fork for doneness. Serves 2
