1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Cream sugar, eggs, butter and oil. Add vanilla and milk. Mix all dry ingredients, then add creamed mixture and beat well. Stir in zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 9x12 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
