1 egg white
1 tsp. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp.ground nutmeg
2 c. pecan halves

Beat egg white in water. Combine spices with sugar and salt. Dip nuts in egg white then in sugar mixture bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes on greased cookie sheet. Cool and remove with a spatula.
