I just baked these today for a work function, and they are super scrumptious! I added a bit more cinnamon and also 1/4 tsp nutmeg. There was a lot of mixture, so I coated an extra cup of nuts. Since there were so many, I didn't bother dipping them individually and laying them out carefully. I just added the nuts to the mixture, stirred, then spread them out as thinly as I could. They were very sticky! I ended up baking them an extra 15 minutes because they were still really sticky, but it turns out they're supposed to be sticky. I scraped them onto some foil to cool, and the stickiness went away as they cooled down. The finished product is nuts that are nicely coated, and all separated, not clumped. They are so good, I'm going to make more to give out as Christmas gifts. HINT ==> Line your cookie sheet with foil, then spray the foil. Cleanup is much easier that way. Thank you for the recipe! :D
