SLUMGULLION 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
Garlic to taste
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice (prepare as directed on box)
1 can sauerkraut, drained

Fry beef, onion, pepper and garlic until tender. Drain excess fat, add sauerkraut. When sauerkraut is heated add in the prepared rice, ready to eat.
