TACO SOUP 
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 (4 oz. ea.) cans chopped green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch style beans
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) oz. can hominy or corn
3 (15 oz. ea.) cans stewed tomatoes (Hunts)
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix (HIDDEN VALLEY®)
1 1/2 cups water

SUGGESTED TOPPINGS:

shredded cheese
tortilla chips

In a large Dutch oven, brown meat and onion. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer for 30 minutes.

Top with (your choice) cheese and serve with chips. Freezes well.
