2 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. green onion slices
4 cooked bacon slices, crumbled
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz pasteurized process cheese spread

Microwave potatoes. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving 1/4 inch shell, reserve pulp. Mix reserved pulp, onions, bacon and 1/4 cup Cheez Whiz. Spoon mixture into shells; place in baking dish. Microwave on high 3-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Microwave remaining Cheez Whiz according to label directions; pour over potatoes just before serving.
