LASAGNE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 stick pepper, chopped fine
1 box lasagna noodles
1 can Chef-Boy-Ardee spaghetti sauce with meat
1 can Chef-Boy-Ardee spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 lg. & 1 sm. carton fine cut cottage cheese
2 pkgs. pizza cheese, grated

Brown all meat in large skillet. Drain off all liquid, add both cans of spaghetti sauce and simmer 5 minutes; set aside. Cook lasagne noodles according to directions on box. Pour off hot water, and then pour cold water over the noodles and drain once more. Butter a pan 8 x 10 or whatever size large pan you have. Arrange in this order: noodles, ground beef mixture, cottage cheese and cheese. Repeat until the pan is full, make sure the cheese is on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cover with foil.
