SCOTTISH SHORTBREAD 
1 c. butter, soft
2 c. flour
1/2 c. icing sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch

Cream all ingredients together. Roll out or form into balls, press down and flatten (you could use a stamp). Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Frost with a butter cream frosting.
