DILLED COTTAGE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 (8 oz.) creamed cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper (optional)
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. water

Blend until smooth and completely mixed. Stir in 1/4 cup finely snipped fresh dill. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to "marry" flavors. 15 calories per tablespoon.
