CHEESE BREAD 
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk
3 3/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
Poppy seeds

Grease bottom of a loaf pan. Place egg and milk in a medium-sized mixing bowl; beat until blended. Add the other ingredients. Stir to blend and beat vigorously for one minute.

Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees or until the top of the loaf springs back when you touch it with your fingers.

Place on rack to cool for 5 to 10 minutes, before removing from the pan. Slice and serve warm. Leftover bread is extra good sliced and toasted.
