JOHN MIZETTA 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. regular sausage
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 qt. tomatoes
4 c. dry elbow macaroni, cooked & drained

Cook and drain sausage. Add chopped vegetables and saute. Add tomatoes and simmer until other vegetables are tender. Add this mixture to the cooked macaroni and stir. Place mixture in casserole dish and top with cheese (extra may be stirred in the mixture). Cover and bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Ground beef may be substituted for the sausage. Tomatoes may be cut back to 1 cup or increased depending on individual tastes. Serve with salad and garlic bread!
