CABBAGE SALAD 
1/2 head cabbage, chopped fine
4-6 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. oil
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2-1/2 tsp. pepper

Shake and toss last 4 ingredients with cabbage.

ROAST:

1 bag crushed Top Ramen noodles
2 tbsp. slivered almonds, or more
1 tbsp. sesame seeds

Roast in ungreased pan, very shortly until brown. Just before serving add almonds, sesame seeds and 1 bag crushed Top Ramen noodles without the seasoning packet. Crunchy, without the seasoning packet. Crunchy, tasty salad. Serves 6.
