CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1/2 to 1 head cabbage, sliced
1-6 green onions, sliced
1/3 to 1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/3 to 1/2 c. sliced almonds, roasted
1/3 to 1/2 c. roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
1 pkg. Ramen, broken into sm. pieces
Chicken or turkey, cooked, cut up (optional)

Heat almonds and sesame seeds in 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes. After they have cooled, mix salad ingredients together. Pour dressing over salad and toss.

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil (part sesame oil)
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 pkg. Ramen seasoning

Mix or shake together. The sesame oil makes a BIG difference in taste.
