MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 sm. can taco sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can chopped chilies
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown meat with onion until tender and brown; season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Cut tortillas into fourths and line bottom of casserole dish. Mix soups, chilies, milk and taco sauce. Place alternating layers of tortillas-meat-soup mixture and cheese in casserole until filled. End with cheese on top. (Can crumble taco chips over the cheese) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. Can easily freeze. Makes 10 servings.
