ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. cold water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (32 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
4 bananas, sliced

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cold water and cool. Add marshmallows, pineapple, and bananas. Chill until firm.

TOPPING:

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
Pineapple juice (reserved from pineapple)
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped

Cook eggs, sugar, flour, butter, and pineapple juice until thick. Let cool. Mix Dream Whip according to package; fold into cooled topping. Spread on top of Jello. Top with coconut and pecans.
