ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
5 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chocolate chips
2 c. chopped zucchini
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Cream butter, oil and sugar; add eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix all dry ingredients then add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in diced zucchini. Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch pan (greased and floured). Sprinkle top with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
