"NO EGG" CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES | |
1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 6 tbsp. Wesson oil 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. vanilla Add dry ingredients together in a bowl. Make 3 holes with a spoon. In one hole add the 6 tablespoons of oil; in the other hole add the vinegar, and in the third hole add the vanilla. Put 1 cup of cold water on top. Mix until blended, very lightly with a spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes about 8 cupcakes. |
