BROCCOLI/CHEESE APPETIZER 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
1 lg. chopped onion
1 lg. chopped pepper
1/2 lb. chopped mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tube Kraft garlic cheese

Cook broccoli and drain. Saute onion, pepper and mushrooms in butter. Mix soup and cheese in double boiler until smooth. Mix everything together. Cayenne and Tabasco can be added if needed. Put in chafing dish and serve with crackers and vegetables sticks.
