15 MINUTE MICROWAVE TUNA
CASSEROLE
 
4 cans (20oz) chunk light tuna
8 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 cup macaroni or other pasta (spaghetti doesn't work so well)
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick celery, cut into 1/2 in. segments
pinch or two of grated Parmesan

Bring 1 1/2 quarts of water to boil in medium covered pot. Drain tuna and mix with mayonnaise in medium mixing bowl. Add celery. Once water is boiling, pour pasta into pot, cook uncovered for 6-8 minutes. When pasta is done, driain and mix in with tuna, celery, and mayonnaise. Pour mixture into 9x9 glass pan and microwave for 3 minutes.

Serve warm.
