FRUIT SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 env. plain gelatin
1 med. size Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin orange slices
1 lg. can drained pineapple chunks

Sprinkle Jello and gelatin over cottage cheese; mix well. Drain oranges and pineapple, mix well with cottage cheese mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill and serve.

Hint: Red Jello may also be used. Best flavor when chilled overnight.
