SWEET BREAD 
2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. yeast
1/4 c. soft butter
1/2 c. warm water
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
6 c. flour

Put yeast in bowl with warm water. Heat sour cream over low heat, stirring constantly. Add all other ingredients and knead 5 minutes. Let raise 1 1/2 hours. Roll out, dough will be sticky. Fill with desired filling, roll up and cut. Raise 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Frost with light glaze.
