CRAB MUFFINS 
1 jar Old English cheese spread, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise, softened
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 lb. fresh crab meat, flaked
1 stick butter
12 English muffins, split

Combine cheese spread, mayonnaise, butter and garlic salt in bowl; mix well. Stir in crab meat. Spread over muffin halves. Place on baking sheet. Freeze until firm. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes to thaw. Broil until brown. Yield: 6 servings.
