CRAB ON ENGLISH MUFFINS 
1/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 stick butter, softened
1 can crab, drained
1 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. lemon juice
English muffins, split in half
Red pepper
Paprika

Cream cheese and butter. Add crab, onion and lemon juice; mix well. Spread mixture on English muffin halves. Sprinkle with red pepper and paprika. Broil until brown. Serve hot. Yield: 6 servings.
