BARBECUE SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
1 lb. chipped ham

Brown chopped onion, cook in butter until tender. Stir in other ingredients and simmer 1/2 hour. Add 1 pound chopped ham. Simmer another 15 to 20 minutes.
