BARBECUE HAM 
1/2 c. chile sauce
1 c. water
2 to 3 lbs. chipped ham
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Bake at 250 degrees. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Stir occasionally and serve on bread or roll. Serves 8 to 10.
