LAYERED GREEN SALAD 
3/4 head lettuce
4 to 5 hard boiled eggs
1 pkg. frozen petite peas
3 green onions, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Layer lettuce, sprinkle bit salt, pepper and sugar. Layer cheese and eggs. Layer peas and onions. Layer mayonnaise and one layer bacon. Let stand covered overnight or several hours. Mix and serve.
