ORANGE APRICOT FREEZE 
2 (8 oz.) containers orange yogurt
1/2 c. sugar
1 (17 oz.) can unpeeled apricots, drained
1/3 c. chopped pecans

In mixing bowl stir together yogurt and sugar. Cut up apricots. Fold apricots and pecans into yogurt mixture. Spoon into muffin cups lined with paper liners. Cover and freeze until firm.

Peel off paper and serve on lettuce as a salad or as a light dessert. Makes 8 or 9. (Peach yogurt can be substituted for orange yogurt.)
